Seniors and Mountains

Mountain medicine makes a welcome return to the TrentoFilmfestival. Over the last three years, the opening day of the Festival has been devoted to this theme. This year encompasses two events: a Seniors conference run by Trento’s Order of Doctors and the Italian Mountain Medicine Society is open to the public in the morning; in the afternoon is the XIV refresher course for trekking and expedition doctors run by the Italian Alpine Club’s Central Medical Commission. These events, which will deal with all aspects of mountains and mountaineering, bring together experts on both sectors in one day against the backdrop of the TrentoFilmfestival.
